ARE YOUR GLASSES SAFE AND DURABLE?
  • Yes! Our reading and sunglasses are made with high-quality materials to ensure comfort, clarity, and long-lasting durability. Whether for daily reading or outdoor use, they’re designed to protect your eyes and look great doing it.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
  • We usually process orders within 2–3 business days. This includes quality checks and packaging.
  • For the Philippines and Indonesia, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to local customs or courier services.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification via SMS or email (depending on your country). For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, the courier will contact you before delivery.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER?
  • Tracking numbers are not always available for COD orders. However, rest assured your order is on the way! If you need updates, feel free to reach out to our support team.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
  • Yes, but only within the first 12 hours. Email us at caseuke@help.com with your order number and the details you'd like to change (e.g. lens type, frame color).
WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER BUT IT SAYS “DELIVERED”?
  • Please first check with family members or neighbors. Then contact your local courier. If you still need help, reach out to us—we’ll assist as much as we can.
